Making your stay special
As at any welcoming home, we enjoy celebrating calendar events by bringing people together for a happy occasion.
At Christmas we make sure there’s a live tree, home-made eggnog, and a very jolly Santa to complement our Christmas spirit. We love throwing a big celebration for Chinese New Year, and for The Year of the Sheep we welcomed an entire petting zoo, much to the delight of guests old and young alike.
If we find out it’s your birthday, you can expect a flood of warm wishes and a special birthday treat! Our staff members jump at the chance to spoil guests on special occasions. It’s all part of the NISADE difference.

Here at NISADE we also have a whole department dedicated to booking in those extras that make your stay unforgettable. We pride ourselves on having the widest range of suppliers on offer in the village, so the only limit on choice is your own preference.
Once you are in house, our friendly concierge staff are on point, ready to talk you through the best restaurant options, most exciting activities, and most appropriate ski packages to suit your individual requirements.
We operate Reception desks in every NISADE property, so while you might be enjoying the privacy of fully-equipped apartment, you are still welcomed home by the bright smile of your Front Desk agent. Award winning company with world-class facilities
A winner at the 2013 and 2014 World Ski Awards, The Vale Niseko offers some of the best facilities in the village.
Our beautiful natural onsen boasts an outdoor and indoor section, and is available to hotel guests free of charge. Guests at our sister properties are invited to visit the nutritious waters for half the regular price, and we also put a ski-in locker facility at their disposal.
The Vale also hosts the welcoming Vale Bar and Grill, a family friendly restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and The Vale Snowsports, a ski rental and retail shop, which also provides guests with a point for booking ski lessons without having to put their shoes on.
