NISADE COVID-19 Hygiene Plan

NISADE’s new hygiene plan has been designed with guests safety as our top priority. We have developed a new hygiene plan and adjusted our operations to ensure guest safety during stay period at our accommodation.

1.Strategic Physical Distancing

  • Physical distancing is enforced throughout our hotels premises to ensure that less physical contact between guests and staff. For in-house guest requests, guests can request via phone call or by sending an email to reception. 
  • A protective barrier is placed on each reception counter to separate the guests and reception staff during check in/check out.

2.Thorough cleaning and disinfection of high-touch items/areas.

Increased cleaning and disinfection frequency of all hotel areas, paying special attention to high-touch items using high quality cleaning materials, including: Lobby, Public toilet, Elevator, Reception, Switches and Electronic controls, Kitchen, Handles and knobs, Major bathroom surfaces, Climate control panels, Telephone, remote controls, and clocks, Bed and Bedding, Bath Amenities, Hard surfaces, Closet goods, Ski Lockers.

3.Sanitizing stations

Hand sanitizing stations are installed on the following areas:

  • Property main entrances
  • Receptions
  • Elevator doors

4.Temperature checks for staff and guests 

Hotel staffs temperatures are checked upon entering the hotel premises and guests’ temperatures are checked upon check in.

5.Clean Stay Room Seal/Sign

Signs placed in each room advising that the room has been cleaned and disinfected before they check in.

6.Linen

Thorough washing of linen at high temperatures with antibacterial laundry chemicals.

7.Cooperation with Health Authorities

NISADE is constantly up to date with the local government and local health authorities in regards to hotel regulations in accordance with WHO COVID-19. 

8.Team Training

  • All staff are provided with comprehensive hygiene and COVID-19 prevention training.
  • Hotel staff are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks and gloves (restaurant and housekeeping staff) while on duty.

9.Restaurants and Bars

Hotel Management are constantly in coordination with onsite facilities including restaurants, bars, ski shops regarding the implementation of strategic physical distancing, cleaning, and hygiene protocols. 

10.Hotel Vehicles

For property that offers pick up/drop off/concierge/shuttle service, hand sanitizers are placed in every NISADE vehicle. Guest Service Officers are required to wear masks when driving guests around. As an additional protection, a protective barrier is placed inside vehicles to separate the Guest Services Officer and passengers as a practice of physical distancing.
